Are you ready for this?

Hey Howdy Hey, time to check in,,, past time. There's a slew of stuff going on over here, lets see here...

Are you on our newsletter? Email me YarnFairy1@gmail.com and put subscribe in the subject of the email. Now for a bit of an update.

This year's heirloom is in the works, “Faded Memories”  is in test knit, its a full out floral explosion. The yarn is already here, it's very nice, it's a 55/45 fine merino/silk, so this one really needs to be knit. There was a cap on the yarn order so once this one's sold out, there's no more.

Can't  seem to get through one of the massive heirlooms in cobweb? You might want to start with "Rosie". In test knit phase. Currently trying to get the yarn for this smaller shawl which I'm still considering an heirloom cause the yarn's fine but still considered lace weight at 1400 meters per 100g-2 skeins. And you'll be on size 1 needles, 6 wedge with loads of flowers, this one's gorgeous. Touch your toe into the water, it's fine, come out and play, knit this one.

Colorwork Club-my old color work book has been coming out via individual patterns monthly. These come to you with all the yarn and beads needed to make the project including the pattern for free.

Releasing the color work patterns started more color work patterns and regular lace patterns, loads of them. There's a hat and socks for "KillerBunny's" and "Kitty Party", the lace is found in "Diamond Back". There's an entire story is at the above link for your entertainment.

You can order the Bunny Hat and socks so far. All the rest will follow. I need sample knitters if anyone is available PM me. The socks are all toe up, two at a time and there's a new heel.

Our annual blanket was "Julia's Cloak" BUT something else has been really screaming at me. That garter stitch blanket that I've been talking about forever, it has a name, "Meet me in St. Louis"-yes from the Judy Garland musical. Their foyer had these lovely wooden cornerstones, I was headed for a plain circle in a square but wound up with a lovely, floral lace addition. The blanket is worked using 2 strands of sock weight, held together to make the color changes I've always wanted. It's worked either off of the edge or in pieces to put together afterwards, knitters' choice.

There's a bunch of other patterns which need publication. That 100% cashmere lace has a cowl ready, there's a Poldark pair of gloves thanks to Aunt Agatha. Regency in camel/silk and a Shetland stole if I can find the proper yarn and on it goes. All of these designs and so much more are ready to just pop right on out of here. Question is, are you ready for this?
