Long Dog Samplers

I love LDS and as always, JL has inspired pretty colors. These are so cool, keep watch for repeating patterns. For example our raven, dragon and of course, killer bunnies.

Before I Sleep

This screamed at me, it wanted golden brown, green for the trees and a bit of blue for the sky.

Fabric is painted pale with some fun extras in the coloring, technical aspects and Pixie Dust. Bad photo but it's "Intentionally" painted tall, vertical lines. The other vertical lines were planted by the computer, not there IRL.

The Silk 8 had to be the same colors but much more muchier, painted saturated. Several greens, several blues and the golden which makes more colors. Fun is always had as they blend.

Gone to Pieces

Gone to Pieces

For this one I thought it would be fun to paint the fabric in such a way that you wouldn't need to fill in the color blocks.

And then I thought, lets fill them anyway and painted all these lovelies to go with black or navy, your choice. Type into fabric count notes.

Kit includes fabric of your choice, Silk 8: 6 colors at 16 yards and half of a hank for the solid.

Tap Dance

This one is so cool see the plumbing? There are pipes, a facet and a bowl for the exhausted water, which is a shower.

Might know the reason this one screamed at me. Possibly,,, because I kept looking at the couple and seeing Fred and Ginger floating across the floor.

Together, we have Fred and Ginger doing their thing on the "flooring" of the fabric. I keep seeing them with their long sweeping gate,,, twirling across the boards.

We have Silk 8 in Unicorn Poop (multi) for the pipe. The main color is this lovely deep blue.

Course the dance is celebrated here and I see a variety of dancers doing just that. The flaminco I see in the upper right corner. What else do you see?

Kit includes fabric of your choice and
Silk 8:
24 yards Unicorn Poop
and half hank of the solid.
Or a full hank of either color, your choice.

Kits aren't already painted as there are too many variables on the fabric. Please allow 4-6 weeks for dyeing.

Patterns are sold by JL herself, you can get them here.
